Key responsibility:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, live selling, or hosting (online or in-store experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills with a friendly, confident, and engaging personality
Comfortable speaking on camera and interacting with customers in real time
Ability to promote products clearly, highlight features, and handle objections persuasively
Basic product knowledge with the ability to learn quickly and explain details accurately
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Able to multitask during live sessions (responding to comments, managing orders, and tracking customer questions)
Responsible for stock taking, inventory tracking, and reporting stock discrepancies
Ensure product availability and coordinate with the team on restocking needs
Energetic, presentable, and professional appearance
Sales-driven attitude with the ability to meet or exceed targets
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take feedback
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or live event hours as needed
Basic technical skills (smartphone, live streaming platforms, social media, or POS systems)
