Role Overview:
The Quality Control Specialist ensures ALzya’s products meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and consistency. They inspect materials, production samples, and finished goods to maintain brand quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections on raw materials, production samples, and final products.
Identify defects, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement and communicate findings to relevant teams.
Develop and maintain quality control protocols and standards.
Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues.
Track quality metrics and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:
2–4 years experience in quality control, product inspection, or apparel manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and finishes.
Detail-oriented with excellent observational skills.
Ability to enforce standards and work collaboratively across teams.
