Pegor Jewelry is a leading manufacturer of custom fine jewelry, offering unique designs in Gold 18K and Silver 925. We ship worldwide and pride ourselves on our craftsmanship, quality, and personalized service. We are currently seeking a skilled and organized candidate to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
• Customer Support – Respond to customer inquiries via email, social media, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
• Order Fulfillment – Manage the order processing cycle from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Machinery Operation Management – Operate and oversee the laser engraving machine to process daily custom orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Logistics Management – Coordinate with shipping providers, handle order tracking, and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Team Coordination – Supervise and guide staff in daily operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Quality Control – Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality before shipment.
• Inventory Management – Oversee raw material and finished goods inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Previous experience in operations, logistics, production, or team management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (oral and verbal).
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (dependable)
