Role Overview:
The Inventory & Fulfillment Manager ensures that ALzya’s products move efficiently from warehouse to customer. They maintain stock accuracy, optimize order fulfillment, and coordinate logistics to deliver a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory levels, stock tracking, and reorder points.
Oversee warehouse operations, packaging, and shipping processes.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Monitor and report on fulfillment metrics and resolve shipping or inventory issues.
Implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in inventory management, fulfillment, or logistics, preferably in fashion/e-commerce.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with inventory software and e-commerce platforms.
Ability to lead operational processes and troubleshoot challenges.
