About Elephant
At Elephant, we believe in brilliant basics done exceptionally well. No fuss, no fluff — just top-drawer coffee, banging bagels, warm service, and pizza that deserves its own fan club. We’ve built our little empire across Neston and Parkgate, and we’re growing fast. But our secret sauce? Our people.
Every shop is someone’s morning ritual, someone else’s 4pm escape, and someone’s go-to for catching up with mates. We’re here to make those moments matter — and that’s where you come in.
As a Shift Leader at Elephant, you’re the steady hand when things get a bit mad, and the energy boost when things slow down. You’re a natural leader — not the bossy kind, the inspiring kind. You know how to lead from the front, muck in with your team, and set the tone for top-tier service, every shift.
Whether it’s helping a new starter learn the ropes, handling a rush like a pro, or making sure everything’s prepped and spotless before the doors open — you’re all over it. You take pride in your work, love your local community, and genuinely care about creating a buzzing, happy shop.
