4+ years of experience in fashion design, concept design, or trend forecasting.
Strong understanding of the U.S. fashion market and the ability to translate trends into commercially viable direction for the ALzya customer.
Self-starter with the ability to lead creative vision from concept through execution.
Passionate about product and storytelling, with strong presentation skills.
Ability to clearly communicate trend direction and distill insights into strategies that drive sales and marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating across teams.
