We are seeking a creative Product Designer (Apparel Design) to define the visual identity of our gear. We don't need you to manage factories. We need you to create the art that defines the "Christian Nike" aesthetic.
Role Overview
Your sole focus is Creative Output. You are the "pencil" behind the brand.
You are responsible for designing original graphics, typography, and concepts for our T-shirts, Hoodies, and Activewear. Since we operate on a Print-On-Demand (POD) model, your designs must be optimized for Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing while looking like premium retail gear.
Key Responsibilities
Original Art Creation: Design authentic, high-impact graphics for apparel drops. We want custom typography and original illustration, not clip-art.
POD Optimization: Ensure all art files are built correctly for DTG printing (300 DPI, transparent backgrounds, RGB color profiles) so they print brightly and clearly.
Trend Research: Identify visual trends in streetwear and gym culture (e.g., Acid wash, heavy back prints, minimal front logos) and adapt them to our faith-based mission.
Concept Mockups: Create high-quality visual mockups of your designs on realistic garments so the team can approve the "vibe" before we list it.
Ideal Candidate Profiles
The Illustrator: You live in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Procreate. You don't just use Canva templates; you draw original concepts.
The POD Expert: You understand the limitations of digital printing. You know how to prepare files so blacks don't print gray and colors don't look muddy.
The Streetwear Fan: You understand what is currently trending in gym culture (e.g., oversized fits, bold back prints).

Compensation
Design Royalty (5.0%): You earn 5% of the Net Revenue on every single unit sold featuring your design.
Scale: If a design goes viral and sells 1,000 units, you get paid on all 1,000 units.
Affiliate Commission (10.0%): You earn an additional 10% on any traffic you drive to the site yourself via your personal link.
